Spring Easter Sunday Style!
The air is starting to warm and blossoms are hinting at the first signs of spring. 🙂
Spring is an ideal opportunity to lighten your colour palette and experiment with textures and patterns. Regardless of how you propose on celebrating the holiday {hopefully indoors, and grateful to have your loved ones to keep you company}, you should be picture perfect for the occasion! I adore Easter Sunday as a fashion moment on the grounds that every fashionista is dressed to the nines in their best Spring-inspired looks. Here are my tips on how you can accomplish Spring Easter Sunday Style!
Choose Spring Colours
Easter fashion customarily reflects the colours of the blossoming trees and blooms of spring. Choose Easter Sunday attire in pastel hues comprising of mint green, pink, cream or white, and turquoise.
Choose Floral/Botanical Prints
This spring I’m gravitating towards vivid colours and feminine prints. The thing is, any woman ~ paying little mind to style and personal favourite looks ~ loves a gorgeous floral dress! It’s the ideal spring look and the perfect outfit for Easter Sunday! Furthermore, a botanical print jacket or cardigan allows for layering versatility while also incorporating a spring-time theme.
Choose Ruffles and Lace
For brunch fashion, I’m fixated on bell sleeve dresses in lace, as well as girly ruffle off-shoulder blouses with flowy skirts. Pair your outfit with wedges or neutral sandals, and one jewelled necklace to create a statement look.
Choose Colour-blocking
To accomplish this look in its most straightforward form, look at combining distinctive pieces on the top and the bottom of your body; coats, tops, and trousers or skirts and blouses, in intense contrasting shades that create a fun and fresh feel. E.g. a crisp pair of white shorts matched back to a brightly coloured colour-block blouse is a grand slam!
Wherever your Easter celebrations take you, you will now be prepared to take it on in Spring Easter Sunday Style!
Happy Easter Week Everyone! Stay safe!
With the promise of good food, plenty of time to relax, and OK, maybe a speedy egg hunt, I’ll want to be comfortable. Thank you for sharing and Happy Easter, Tanya!
Happy Easter, Sharon!
Love this editorial! Pretty pastels and floral frocks are definitely the order of the day!
Thank you, Kristina.
You can definitely dress the look up and down with your accessories!
So amazing, Tanya! Easter is the unofficial official start of spring party season, which makes it a prime opportunity to shed the heavy layers and subdued neutrals ~ welcoming my new seasonal wardrobe in floral and feminine fashion!
Look no further than a classic silhouette. 🙂
Easter’s spring-y celebratory aesthetic makes it the perfect time to break out my most feminine floral dress, accented with demure pink accessories. Happy Easter Week to you too gorgeous!
Florals for spring may not be revolutionary, but there are some things that are classics for a reason. 🙂
This post is magical, Tanya! Easter, I think, is a perfect time to play with colour. I’d make a statement with a multicolored striped pair of trousers, then balance out the look by pairing with solid accent pieces. xx
Oh yes, mix it up for a celebratory look that’s a little out of the box. Thank you for sharing, Lionel.
The visuals look amazing, Tanya! To share my two cents ~ equal parts easy and elegant, a lace dress with lots of texture means you can keep the rest of your styling simple (because you have enough to do on Easter morning). 🙂
Thank you, Geeta.
Bonus points for adding a few of your favourite jewels to your look for a whimsical touch.
Since my Easter celebration involves egg hunting, I’d be looking at something that’s as functional as it is festive for running around in ~ and a utility jumpsuit in an Easter-appropriate colour is just my ticket! 🙂
Sounds great. Perhaps you could keep the styling simple with an un-fussy chain necklace. 🙂
Beautiful imagery to support this blog, Tanya! I always opt for bright dresses with beautiful and bold patterns… and pay keen attention to my footwear for Easter, depending on how I plan to spend the day. xx
Agreed Megha ~ it is better to stick with flats or supportive heels.
Beautiful post, Tanya! Sometimes I do not want to wear a dress that is super extravagant but still want to look my best. For such situations, the best solution for me is to wear a pair of light coloured skinny pants with a floral printed blouse.
And to add glam to your outfit, wear a bold statement pearl necklace.
Along with beautiful dressing, Easter also calls for the right makeup to be done. I like a nude look, with bold lips and may be, light smokey eyes with the right winged eyeliner.
Finish off by adding a delicate touch of light pink blush on the cheeks, Angelique. 🙂
Such a fun share, Tanya! Another useful tip and dressing idea for women who don’t get much time to shop or need something that is easy to wear is that they can go for jumpsuits. I would wear a peach or pastel tone chiffon jumpsuit and carry my hair in a top knot! xx
Who says women who wear jumpsuits can’t look lovely this Easter?! 🙂
Love the collages! I prefer living in colour ~ so, I will be wearing a peach blazer for a pastel accent to read more spring!
Great idea, Sourav. So glad you enjoyed the post!
For me, it’s all about the season leading up to Easter Sunday – getting excited for spring, the cherry blossoms, the sunshine – it all reminds me of Easter! 🙂
Haha, well I am glad I’m not the only one! 🙂
Love this Easter style blog! For a feminine Easter outfit option, I’d wear a pretty off-the-shoulder blouse in a typical spring tone. 🙂
Thank you, Sirisha.
That sounds serenely beautiful… Pastels and pinks are perfect for Easter!
Love! You can never go wrong with monochromatic pastel tones for Easter. And, is there any outfit more comfortable than a pastel sweatshirt and distressed boyfriend jeans? 🙂
Right you are. I have no doubt it will look great on you!
It’s no surprise to anyone that I love any excuse to put on a pretty dress, but there’s something about Easter dresses that always feel special to me. 🙂 Loving this beautiful Easter share, Tanya! ❤️
Thank you, Shaila. Easter dresses are definitely one of my favourite things to shop for… and I guess it shows. 🙂
Nice! I haven’t narrowed down my final dress just yet but there are so many great ideas out there pulling me in so many directions… 😀 Can’t wait for Easter Sunday!
Me too. 🙂
This makes it easy to introduce a few of favourite colour schemes of the season with some pretty prints into my Easter wardrobe… Thank you for sharing. xx
You’re welcome, Pooja. There are so many great pieces out right now, I want them all ~ haha!!
The colour scheme here is absolutely gorgeous! When in doubt, let spring colours do the talking. 🙂

Aw ~ thank you for that sweet comment, Natasha.
Such a delightful collection of graphics essential for a fabulous Spring-Easter Sunday look! Beautiful work! ❤️ When I’m working with pastels, I always pick a dress that has some interest. 🙂
Thank you, Anita. Loving the gentle florals for spring…
No matter how much I may love pastels ~ everyone needs a bit of rainbow in their closet. Spring is my favourite time of the year for colourful pieces. 🙂 Thank you for the inspiration!
My pleasure, Fiona. Most of my wardrobe is in all-neutrals too, but Easter is my favourite time to add a little change and pop of colour!
I am currently sitting hear eating the yummiest acai bowl with lots of honey. 😀 And, dreaming of the prettiest dress in a shade of blue that I would pair with jewellery in soft neutral hues to give it that soft spring feel! 🙂
Plus it’s great because you can always spice things up a little bit with gorgeous accessories! Dream away… 🙂
Beautiful style post ~ refreshing and motivating! And these images are making me dream of my next island getaway ~ am I right?!
Thank you, Samad. 🙂 Lovely colours and patterns for a Spring look, aren’t they?!
I just purchased mine from this amazing online boutique! It’s one of those pieces that was love at first sight. It’s the prettiest shade of pink and I’m obsessed with the feminine ruffle detail! 🙂
The ruffle is so on trend… Can’t wait to see you in it, Nidhi!
