Summers are meant for elegant drinks crafted with fresh fruits and herbs. And when the season abounds with fruity treasures, few things make me feel more refreshed than a juicy peach or orange juice served over plentiful ice. Mixed together, the sweetness of luscious peach meets the energizing effect of tangy orange juice to create this alcohol-free punch garnished with fresh mint that brings perfect radiance to my summer! To note: Easily made ahead of time for entertaining, this mocktail can sustain its magic for up to three days if well-refrigerated. It’s also delicious as a spiked cocktail. A splash of peach schnapps, some bourbon, tequila, white rum, or even citrus-flavoured vodka will channelize your energy turning the warm-weather cool. Cheers!
Sparkling Peach and Orange Mocktail Recipe
This Sparkling Peach and Orange Mocktail packed with refreshing organic goodness is a great way to cool off on a warm summer day!
Ingredients
- Fresh Orange Juice ~ 2 cups
- Fresh Lime Juice ~ 3 tbsp.
- Fresh Peach ~ 1, coarsely chopped
- Peach Nectar
- Sparkling Water
- Mint Sprigs

Preparation
- Blend orange juice, lime juice and peach in a blender until smooth. Fine strain and set the fruit purée aside.
- Pour half a cup of the puree into each ice-filled pint glasses {the ingredients should suffice for 4}.
- Then top with peach nectar and sparkling water.
- Finally, garnish using peach slices and mint sprigs.
Easy on the eyes, and even easier to sip, this refreshing libation is how you should celebrate summer!
