Meal Diaries
“Three college friends with a common passion for food, that’s how ‘Meal Diaries’ was born,” says Co-founder Devpriya Gupta.
Meal Diaries is an upcoming online food delivery start-up that delivers Pan-Asian food in Bangalore. I was recently invited to meet the founders Devpriya, Swati Drolia, and Rajat Karnani, and sample some of the signature dishes available on their menu.
“Everything on the Meal Diaries menu is fastidiously chosen and delivered only after a personal tasting by one of the co-founders and our culinary expert chefs,” Rajat tells me. “We have vegetables that are wrapped in whole wheat parathas, so you can eat it like a burrito. We also make our own sauces every single day; they are blended sauces that are a combination of flavours across different parts of the world. The food we serve is totally fresh without any preservatives, just like the food from your own kitchen,” Rajat concludes.
Meal Diaries serves simple yet delicious fare that uses ingredients of an excellent quality, which is not necessarily the case with all online food delivery service providers. Their menu is unique and available at a price that you would be happy to pay for an average meal at restaurants available in your office premises, which in my opinion, is a huge plus.
Meal Diaries {mealdiaries.com} serves lunch with a snack option and a weekly designed menu that helps you plan and allows you to order in advance.
