I recently had the pleasure of hosting an afternoon of holistic living coupled with an Ayurveda masterclass at their calm and well-appointed space at 1MG in Bangalore, which presents the definitive environment for Ayurveda in the 21st century.
The best part of the afternoon was having my guests meet with Dr. Sharad Kulkarni, the consulting Ayurveda doctor with the brand, who was available for personalised consultations and addressed their skin and hair concerns patiently.
