Kendall Jenner Channels Her Inner Elvis Presley in The New Fendi Campaign
Kendall Jenner is taking centre stage in the wake of being signed up to be the face of Fendi’s Autumn/Winter 2016/2017 Campaigns. And in her recent assignment she favours a more androgynous look where instead of her long gorgeous tresses, she is seen rocking an edgy, slicked-back bouffant quiff that will remind you of the back-combed hairstyle which was favoured by the King of Rock ‘n’ Roll himself, Elvis Presley.
The 20 year old modelled upwards of 15 different outfits in the campaign, that was shot by renowned Fendi designer, Karl Largerfeld – many of you may also know him for his association with the enviable French Fashion house, Chanel. The flamboyance of the campaign is resonated in the vibrant colours of the coats, and striped ensembles. Adding to the exuberance of these ensembles are green & white thigh-high leather boots which have been rendered in ruched leather.
Kendall had debuted Lagerfeld’s collection with other leggy beauties back in February, when she had opened the show in the fashion-fronted city of Milan. She spoke fondly of the brand saying that it was one of the most amazing brands that offered a sense of timelessness in its clothes, shoes, bags and accessories. Expressing her admiration she said that a lot of time was invested in each creation, with every piece being crafted with love and utmost care.
