*I started dancing at the age of four.
*I started practicing yoga at the age of eight.
*I attended my first aerobic endurance training session at the age of sixteen.
*I started weight training at the age of twenty-one.

I turned thirty-nine last month, and I feel as fit and fabulous as I did at age twenty-one. Fitness is all about having a compelling end goal, and constant actions towards that.
