Grover Zampa Vineyards

Grover Zampa Vineyards

There is no life and love without wine.

People don’t travel all the way out to Grover Zampa Vineyards to watch birds. The vineyard is rooted into the landscape in a way that is intrinsically part of the surrounding vistas, and the wine here is utterly spectacular in so many ways. Seeing the production of the wine from the early stages of grape growing, to fermentation, and bottling makes you appreciate the endless years of work that go into just one good glass! Smell sweetly and sip slowly, there is nothing more savoury than a freshly corked bottle of Cabernet shared with the ones you love.

Thank you for hosting us #GroverZampa 💗 Sparkling our way into March with your finest new sparkling wine with real 24-carat gold flakes #Auriga!

Busy when there’s a tour group roaming around, Adity. But if you hang around for a while longer, you will have the vineyard all to yourself. 🙂

  • Loved reading this review! Wonderful pictures, too. I’d been living in Bangalore for a long time before moving back to Singapore. You’ve given me a reason to go back and add something else to my must-visit list! Thank you for sharing. 🙂

  • You’ve captured your visit perfectly, Tanya! It would seem that the weather played along perfectly, too. I’m so glad you had such a great time!

    • We loved it, Sukanya! We had amazing weather while we were there, and I can see it being a regular getaway for some summer sun in the future!

  • I’m a weirdo in that if every single person I know loves a place, I almost want to dislike it, just to be different. And keeping in mind that I don’t have a Bangalore list per se, I’m absolutely adding Grovers to that list! Haha!!

  • I have never been to Grover Zampa Vineyards, but it looks lovely! I’m surprised the wine was so good… now I am very curious about it. LOL

  • Wow, this looks really amazing! You’re bringing back some fond recollections of my travels to India… Looking forward to the next instalment in Bangalore!

    • That was Grover Zampa for me, Snehal: a great experience that I thought I wouldn’t be able to get enough of! I can’t wait to explore some more on a future visit!

  • In 2015, I had the amazing opportunity to visit vineyards all over India. I loved every bit of it – the hilltop views, the green fields, the food, and the wine (of course). Your amazing photos bring back such a rush of memories… 🙂

  • Someone has rightly said, “Wine improves with age. The older I get, the better I like it.” I recently attend a Wine Masterclass organised by Grover Zampa, where the very talented sommelier explained the basics of wine making and also shared the history behind how Grover Zampa came into existence. 🙂

  • “Friends and wine… The older the better” I would never say no to a glass! ❤️ When do I get to savour #groverzampa?

  • I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again, there are some great wines coming from India’s young and growing wine industry and I’ve been fortunate enough to try a few. Can’t wait to treat my taste buds with the aromatic and luscious wines by Grover Zampa Vineyards once again!

  • This place looks impressive! A factory tour, wine tasting, grapes, and proper pairings – what’s not to love!

  • Your beautiful pictures reminded me of this day we spent at the Grover Zampa vineyard and the winery. What a beautiful, sunny day it was. To see the whole process of how it gets from the farmer to your glass was fascinating!

    • Sounds like an amazing day, Khyati! And experiences that promise unforgettable memories which are sure to keep you coming back for more!
